What is Pyrogenic Gasification?
... an energy technology that can begin purifying our
ENVIRONMENT ! ! !
Pyrogenic Gasification: Pyrolysis is defined as chemical change brought about by the action of heat.
Hydrocarbon based feedstock materials such as municipal solid waste are heated resulting in the carbon and hydrogen atoms being cracked in much the same manner that heat is used to crack crude oils.
The primary output is a gas mixture called RNG (Renewable Natural Gas). RNG is a renewable energy resource. Its production-and-use cycle is continuous thus generating NO NET CARBON DIOXIDE.
RNG is a very clean renewable gaseous fuel of hydrogen (H2) methane (CH4), carbon monoxide (CO), ethylene (C2H4), ethane (C2H6) carbon dioxide (CO2), trace fuels (CxHx) and nitrogen (N2).
RNG may be used directly in internal combustion engines, gas turbines or used to produce methane and hydrogen.
RNG gasification can be carbon neutral, reducing greenhouse effects.
